At the Castle Vineyard we offer two wonderful packages for you to choose from; Gold and Silver both tailored to create an unforgettable experience on your most important day. To assist you in planning, we have outlined the requirements for hosting a 1-day event at The Castle Vineyard

Package

Included In The 1 - Day Event Package

Ceremony setup: We provide chairs, a front altar, and audio equipment. The ceremony can take place against the backdrop of either the castle or vineyard. In case of inclement weather or local farming disruptions, the Tasting Room can be utilized as a contingency plan.

 

Reception setup: We offer chairs and tables arranged for dinner, with the flexibility to rearrange for the commencement of dancing.

 

Audio equipment: Our package includes audio equipment for speeches, music, and other audio needs. You are welcome to bring your own DJ or band if you have a specific preference.

 

Full bar service: Our experienced staff will provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage choices.

 

Full staff: Our dedicated team, including bartenders and event coordinators, will be available throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

Preferred vendor list: We have compiled a list of trusted caterers, DJs, photographers, and other service providers for your convenience.

However, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors, as long as caterers are approved by The Castle Vineyard to maintain our high standards. We strive to make your day absolutely perfect!

Please Note That The Following Items Are Not Included During The 1-Day Event:

 

Food, plates, and utensils
Decorations, flowers, and other decorative elements

 

General cleanup after the event. We kindly request that all cups, plates, and food be disposed of by 10 AM the next morning.

Gold Package

Ceremony, reception, and full use of the Tasting Room: The Event Fee is $4,000. To confirm your event, a payment of $2,000 is required within 48 hours of booking your reservation, with the balance of $2,000 due 90 days before your check-in date. Payment must be made through our online payment system using a credit/debit card. Please note that failure to make payments may result in the cancellation of your event.


Portable bathroom fee: There is a separate fee of $600 for the provision of portable bathrooms, which is due 90 days before your check-in date.


Minimum bar fee: A minimum bar fee of $2,000 applies, and beverage costs are as follows: $3/soda, $5/beer, $7/mixed drink, and $7/wine. Once the minimum bar fee is exceeded, you can choose to keep the bar tab open or switch to a cash bar. The minimum bar fee is due 4 weeks before your check-in date.

Silver Package

An alternative for groups of 50 people or less

Ceremony, reception, and 50% use of the Tasting Room: The Event Fee is $3,000. For this package, the theater will occupy the back half of the Tasting Room, while the reception will take place in the front half. Please note that there will not be a dedicated dance floor.


To secure your event, an initial payment of $1,500 is due within 48 hours of booking your reservation, with the remaining balance of $1,500 due 90 days before your check- in date. Payment must be made through our online payment system using a credit/debit card. Failure to make payments may result in the cancellation of your event.


Portable bathroom fee: For groups of 30-50 people, there is an applicable fee of $350.


Minimum bar fee: A minimum bar fee of $1,000 applies, and beverage costs are the same as those in the Gold Package. Once the minimum bar fee is exceeded, you can choose to keep the bar tab open or switch to a cash bar. The minimum bar fee is due 4 weeks before your check-in date. 

Bookings will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate our available dates to fill up quickly now that reservations are being accepted. **We will not hold dates without receiving the initial installments.** If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
