The castle vineyard can accommodate a maximum of 110 guests for the one day event. Please keep in mind that this includes yourself and your bridal party.

Everyone and everything must be out of the venue by 12 am midnight. Anything you bring into the venue must be removed from the castle vineyard by that time. You do not need to remove trash, chairs, etc. Any decor rented from the castle vineyard is not to be taken off property and will be cleaned up by the castle vineyard staff.

The village of centerville has an 11 pm noise ordinance, but typically if the music is too loud, they will ensure that the tasting room doors remain closed during the louder parts of the events.

Most of our couples will do the rehearsal dinner off property. We are happy to provide you with the length of the aisle and any other information about the ceremony site upon request. If you prefer to do a rehearsal on site, it must be within your stay and cannot exceed the normal occupancy of the castle (12).

We do have sound equipment for your ceremony or reception. This would need to be provided by the couple or an outside vendor such as a dj, officiant, or band. We do have electricity available for use.

Yes, we have parking on site and a golf cart to help anyone with mobility to get to the venue space.

We encourage all cars to be gone by the end of the 12 am rental time. That being said, if a car is left on site, we ask it is moved by 9 am the next morning. Our priority is to get everyone home safe, so please plan accordingly with shuttles.

Payments

Within 48 hours of booking your wedding event; ½ of your payment is required to reserve your venue, while the other ½ is due within 90 days of your event. This includes any other amenities you’ve chosen, e.g., bar rental, restroom facilities, etc.

We only accept credit cards as a form of payment.

Hotels & Transportation

Yes, we can assist with shuttle services, transportation, and hotel accommodations.

Just 3 miles away, there is a 10-room lodge with a bar and commercial bar, perfect for a rehearsal dinner. Additionally, there are six other properties available in the area.
